1/4 C corn syrup
1/2 c chopped onion
1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
2 cans pork and beans (DO NOT DRAIN OR RINSE)
1/2 C ketchup
1 TBSP yellow mustard
Mix together. For an oven bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes. In a crock pot, leave on high setting until bubbling, then put on low and simmer. Good luck on the campfire.
I don't know how I feel about these. They're good, but a little sweet. It might be adventitious to add a little bacon to the mix to give it a smokey flavor...or even a little bbq sauce.
