1 2.5 lb bison roast
1 bottle beer (I used Corona Light)
1 bottle of water

Place in slow cooker and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8.

Verdict: We liked it, but didn't love it. To us, it tasted just liked a beef roast, and was not worth the extra $3 per pound that we paid for it. Usually bison has a little different taste from beef, but it is very hard to differentiate with a roast.
