Course 3 Cake #2

Wow...I've been busy! However, I managed to make this two-tier wedding cake for class tonight. All of the flowers and leaves are fondant, as is the layer over the cake. Butter cream was used for the ruffles and shells.

I have so many posts waiting in the shadows. I need to get on that train and just finish typing them up.
