1 lb. chicken tenders
1 14 oz can pineapple chunks in natural juice
1 c. BBQ sauce
1/2 of an onion, sliced
1/2 of a green pepper, diced

Dump pineapple AND juice into a slow cooker, then add BBQ sauce and mix well. Add tenders, onion and green pepper. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high 3-4.

To thicken the sauce, add 2-3 TBSP flour to the sauce.

We both really liked this! I did use some honey BBQ sauce mixed with some regular sauce, so it added some sweetness. I served this with brown rice, which I made with chicken broth.
