Course 3 cake #1

Fondant does not taste good. And, while it looks pretty, I don't think I would make a habit of making fondant cakes. Yet, they are fairly fun! Plus, you don't get as much butter cream frosting on the piece of cake, so that has to save 100+ calories, right?!

Anyway, the bow, ribbons and flowers are all fondant. Only the beads at the bottom are butter cream.
